Maintenance Agreements


To aid our customers in monitoring their plumbing and heating systems, we have developed the maintenance agreement program. Your plumbing and heating system is the single most used system in any building. These systems are subject the most wear and tear as a result.

 

A maintenance agreement is designed with the thrift home owner in mind. The service provides the customer with assurance that the mechanical system in their home is running at peak efficiency. We will conduct a thorough inspection of the plumbing and heating and evaluate results of that inspection. Tasks included are:

  1. FURNACE: diagnostic, tune-up with burner removal, fan inspection, new thermocouple, belt, and re-usable filter. We will also return after the heating season and perform a second diagnostic as well as change the filter again.
  2. HOT WATER TANK: inspect for corrosion, check burner operation, or element. Clean pilot burner and evaluate unit for signs of age.
  3. PLUMBING: piping, if exposed, will be inspected. As well, we inspect drains under the sinks, toilet operation and faucet wear and operation.
